Label Source's lockout products include labels and signs are used in the safe isolation for maintenance, repair, service or overhaul of industrial machinery, plant and equipment. The equipment may be electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic powered.
Our products can form part of any lockout-tagout procedures to prevent workplace accidents from suddenly energizing equipment. Such injuries from starting up equipment can take the form of electric shocks, electric and thermal burns, crush, wrap, cut, laceration, fractures and amputations.
Our lockout labels and tags are highly visible with legible warning text. The labels have a permanent bond self adhesivebacking for indoor or outdoor use, and have a protective surface providing waterproof, scratch or abrasion and chemical resistant (oils and solvents) features. Out tags are produced from tear resistant polypropylene preventing ease of unauthorised removal.
