WEEE Directive is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment placed in the EU covered by the scope regulations. These are the requirements on manufacturers, importers and distributors, to create a means for consumers to recycle electrical equipment, by collecting, treating and recovering relevant products under the scope of WEEE regulations.
By following these regulations, will help the environment as this will prevent electrical products and equipment being distributed into landfills, polluting the environment. The equipment can then be broken up and reused for manufacturing other equipment. The 2013 regulations have now been extended to cover photovoltaic panels (from the 1st January 2014), while other categories such as luminaires have been re-classified.

Our WEEE Labels are used for marking the equipment, indicating the correct environmental disposal of the products. The ranges of labels are used to inform people of the precise method and means of disposal. These come in a range of different colours and quantities. We can also customise your labels incorporating the WEEE symbol with other product information.
If you are confused about the CE marking legislation, then look no further. We have all the information that you will need for CE marking.
CE labels are to be displayed on many products that comply with the EU safety, health and environmental requirements. These are placed on many products that are traded on the single market in the EEA (European Economic Area).
When CE labels are displayed on products it shows and reassures manufacturers that these products have been checked, and meet the EU safety, health and environment requirements. These can then allow free movement of products within the European market. This also applies to products manufactured in Third Countries and are sold in the EEA and in Turkey.
What products need CE marking?
Products needing CE marking are those subject to specific directives that provide for the CE marking are required to have the CE label on them. This does not mean that the product was made and manufactured in the EEA, however states that the product is assessed before being placed on the market.
CE marking applies to a range of products from electrical equipment to toys, civil explosives and medical devices. Some products are excluded from CE marking such as chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic and foodstuff products.
CE Labelling is mandatory in the EU, on products included in the scope of one or more of the new approach directives. Some of these directives cover products such as, medical devices, radio and telecommunications terminal equipment, marine equipment, pressure equipment, non-automatic weighing instruments They are used to show that the product is verified with the regulations of the European Conformity, which means the product can be sold in the EEA (European Economic Area). This also applies to products manufactured in other countries which are sold in the EEA. These labels and nameplates state that the product has been assessed and is fully compliant, before being placed on the market.

Write and seal labels are perfect for important information to be protected. 2- The flap backing paper is removed.
3- The clear film seals the total label surface. Your important information is then sealed and protected.

The self-adhesive labels or stickers are abrasion or scratch resistant, chemical resistant (including oils and solvents), waterproof and weatherproof. These labels are rub test compliant. The base material is laminated, creating a subsurface printed label in compliance with the run test requirements of BS2110-1959
Packaging is used to enclose and protect products which are being sent off for distribution. To communicate with the distributer or receiver of the products, packaging labels should be placed on the product packaging. This should be done to ensure there is no damage to the person or to the product. These labels or tapes inform people how heavy, light and fragile the package may be. The labels can also inform the person on how the package should be handled. This can then give them a rough idea of what the item may be, to ensure no damage to themselves or product.
Label Source provides a range of packaging labels, tapes and stencils in a self-Adhesive Vinyl material. All these labels comply with internationally recognisable symbols and are available in a variety of sizes.
