Why Use Plastic Label Tags?
So, why should you use plastic tags? Tags have a number of benefits for the workplace, including streamlining instructions, offering bilingual support and easing the strain on in-work communication.
To find out the full list of benefits, read our detailed blog on the subject: ‘The Benefits of Using Plastic Tags Around the Workplace’.
Blank Plastic Tags - More Information:
Our coloured plastic tags are made of 0.5mm thick polypropylene, a rugged, flexible, and stress-resistant material. Polypropylene can resist cracks and tears, and your tags will perform well even if exposed to alkalis, acids, organic solvents, degreasing agents or electrolytic attacks.
Polypropylene is non-toxic, lightweight, and boasts a high tensile strength. Label Source's plastic tags have a melting point of 160°C, making them suitable for high-temperature environments; note, however, that plastic has only limited resistance to UV, chlorinated solvents, and hydrocarbons.
Our versatile plastic tags are used for a wide variety of purposes, including:
- Servicing
- Storage and distribution
- Inventory
- Stock identification
- Quality and calibration assessments
- Warehousing
- Despatch
